Jenna Dewan Tatum Reveals All About Her Diet

The gorgeous Jenna rose to fame when she acted alongside her now-husband, Channing Tatum, in Step Up, which, as we all know is a film centred around dance!

Coming from a professional dancing background herself, Jenna has always kept in shape doing the job she loves but as all fitness fanatics will know – a great figure can’t be maintained just from exercise alone; your diet plays the most important role.

So, since Jenna has abs of steel and biceps as hard as rocks PLUS she only gave birth to her baby daughter last year, we seriously want to get our hands on her diet regime.

Luckily for us, Jenna spoke to Women’s Health all about her healthy lifestyle and we have just what you need to get that lean, toned dancers body…

Breakfast

A green smoothie containing spinach, kale, lemon, apple, banana, pear, cod liver oil and black sesame seeds, blended with water. ¬†According to Jenna: ‘My skin, my hair, my energy- everything is better. ‘

Lunch

“I’m part Lebanese – my dad’s family – so I grew up with tabouli (veggie dish combining tomatoes, finely chopped parsley, mint, bulgur and onion, seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt). It’s my favorite. I like to make things that will keep for a couple of days, and I can just grab and go.¬†

Dinner

‘Brown-rice bowls with black beans and roasted veggies – carrots, purple potatoes, butternut squash, asparagus, zucchini – dressed with tahini sauce or olive oil, salt, and pepper.’

So, as you can see, you don’t need to have your own chef or be a millionaire to get your hands on these healthy and delicious recipes – they’re all at your fingertips.
