Ok, lets be honest, in order to get a bikini body you just need to put on a bikini. It’s as simple as that.
The summer season shouldn’t pressure you to go to extreme lengths to lose weight or tone up just to ‘look good’ in a bikini. You look great in a bikini anyway!
However, there is nothing wrong with wanting to lose a few pounds for your own self confidence and we are all guilty of telling ourselves that our diet will start tomorrow and then it never actually happens.
