Finding time for exercise is a common dilemma for many. The length of a workout can either make or break your decision to squeeze it in in the first place. A general myth has us believe that if we’re not sweating it out in the gym for 2 hours a day then it’s just not worth it.
The truth of the matter is ANY exercise done for however long will do the body wonders. Fitting in up to 20 minutes a day is maintainable enough and can be squeezed into a busy schedule with no problem at all. Some days maybe all you’ll get is 5 minutes of intense exercise which can easily be topped up with a fast walk to and from work, or by choosing to take the stairs instead of the elevator.
Society has found ways to make everything we do easier. While this is great for efficiency, it hits our opportunities of daily physical exercise pretty hard. Here are a few free workouts to get your daily exercise regime started.
